Delete your Family Autopilot account
Request deletion in the app
- Open Family Autopilot.
- Go to Settings.
- Select the General tab.
- Scroll to Permanent Actions.
- Select Leave or Delete Account.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Type your email address to confirm.
- Select Schedule Deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Send a deletion request to support@familyautopilot.com from the email address associated with your Family Autopilot account.
What gets deleted
- Your Family Autopilot login credentials, profile, linked services, active sessions, and inbox items.
- Your household member profile.
- If you are the last parent account in a household, the household and associated events, chores, tasks, meal plans, recipes, pantry items, shopping lists, chat messages, location history, and member profiles are deleted.
What may be retained
Family Autopilot may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, or compliance obligations.
Retention period
Account deletion is scheduled for 30 days after the request. You can cancel during that grace period by logging back in and cancelling deletion from Settings. After the grace period, the account and associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
